I am pleased to host this event with Paoli Hospital that will focus on how to prepare healthy snack and meal options for your family.  Judy Matusky, a nutrition specialist with Paoli Hospital will speak about the importance of healthy eating for families with active lifestyles.  Enjoy a free sampling as well prepared by one of Wegmans master chefs.
