Great Valley Football Loses to Unionville

A win would have clinched the playoffs.

A win for Great Valley varsity football on Friday could have clinched the playoffs for Patriots. It wasn’t meant to be.

Great Valley lost to Ches-Mont American team Unionville (based in Kennett Square) 21-7 on Oct 25. The loss drops the Patriots to 6-3 on the season and 3-2 in their district. The loss also breaks a two-game winning streak for Great Valley.

The Patriots will take on Kennett High School on the road on Nov 1. Kennet is 3-6 on the season, 2-3 in the division.
