GVHS Boys Basketball Clinch State Playoff Berth
The Patriots defeated Central Bucks South Tuesday night, 60-57, in overtime.

In front of a packed house on Tuesday night, the GVHS boys basketball team (seeded 3/32 in PIAA Class AAAA District 1 playoff bracket) defeated Central Bucks South (14 seed) 60-57 in overtime.The win guarantees the team a berth in State Playoffs.
Leading scorer was Mikal Bridges, junior and Division 1 college prospect. Starters Brad Sherry, Michael Gregory, Cyree Ames and Nate Cohen all contributed points and played a solid game. Chris Geiss and Ryan Buchholz both came off the bench to contribute both offensively and defensively.
