Willistown Department of Public works:
One week into April and I just spent $100 to have my "February Storm Debris" (small tree limbs) removed by a local businessman. How fortunate for him. However, now imagine my disappointment upon receipt of the township's mailer that same day. During the month of April, one time only, Willistown Township will pickup and remove "February Storm Debris" that meet specified size criteria, piled neatly at the curb. SERIOUSLY!!
