I have had a very horrible experience there. I booked the earliest appointment available online. I got there 1 hour 45 mins before my appointment to see if I could be attended to early. After waiting 1 hour I noticed that the lady was attending to walk in who arrived after me. I went to check the sign in sheet and my name was crossed out. I thought it was a mistake and told her, she crossed out my name and I was still waiting. She said she could not attend to me before my appointment. I told her I had no problem with that but, she should have told me before crossing out my name and making me wait in vain for 1 hour. I am very disappointed. Will not be going there again.
