The earthmoving equipment near Lancaster Avenue and Old Lincoln Highway is clearing the land for a new office building. The site will become the corporate headquarters for CubeSmart, a NYSE-listed self-storage company formerly known as U-Store-It. The new building in East Whiteland will consist mostly of class-A office space for the 160 employees currently working out of the Wayne office, but a portion of the building will be used for self-storage.
