I was in Malvern Pizza yesterday and the buzz is that the Malvern Boro Council is trying to disband the Malvern Police again!!! Something about a ballot question in May? I also heard that the Mayor is no longer living in Malvern and Chief Erconal is leaving. Do you have the scoop on this? We need to keep our police force!!!! Here we go again.
